Accommodation

There is a block booking made for Workshop participants at Clarion Hotel Santa Claus for a special price (single room 94 EUR, double room 151 EUR/night). The participants are expected to reserve their own rooms by contacting the hotel directly.

Please note, that winter is high season in Lapland, so the hotel reservations should be made before 14 November 2008 at the very latest. After that, the organisers can't guarantee rooms for registered participants.

To make the reservation: As the hotel is otherwise fully booked, the ordinary web reservation system can't be used. You can either book via the Hotel website's "Reservation Enquiry" form and mention the reservation code "STUK" in the Other requirements -field.
